Pre-Licensed Therapist
I am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kansas State University. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. and am a Florida State Registered MFT pre-licensed therapist, working toward full licensure at the Center for Dynamic Healing, where I specialize in both individual and family therapy.
With a client-centered approach, I offer a comprehensive range of services, including relational, couples, marriage and family therapy, child therapy, professional development, and group therapy.
I am passionate about integrating creative arts, play therapy, and behavioral techniques to support resilience and growth across all ages and abilities. My background includes significant work with neurodiverse individuals, special needs children, and military families. I am particularly skilled in helping clients navigate complex family dynamics, including those in blended families and those navigating LGBTQIA+ identities.
My expertise also extends to program design, undergraduate and graduate curriculum development, and research, with published work on therapeutic approaches and inclusion strategies.
Earlier in my career, I focused on behavior analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for K-12 schools and worked on therapeutic program development for universities, day programs, schools, social or parenting groups, and medical facilities.
With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and research, I am committed to helping clients foster healing and create lasting change in their lives.
