Therapy for Your Heart, Mind, and Soul
Therapy That Honors Your Whole Self
At the Center for Dynamic Healing, we know that real healing goes beyond treating symptoms—it’s about supporting your mind, heart, and spirit. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or a life transition, we meet you where you are with curiosity, compassion, and care.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We take time to understand you—your story, your strengths, and your goals—and tailor our approach to what you need.
Our work goes beyond coping. Through trauma-informed, holistic practices, we help you deepen self-awareness, build resilience, and reconnect with your own inner strength and wisdom.
You don’t have to do it all alone. Healing is possible—and it begins with one step.

Brainspotting Therapy for Emotional Healing, Anxiety & Feeling Stuck
🧠 What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a type of therapy that helps people heal from emotional pain, trauma, and stress. It’s based on the idea that "where you look affects how you feel." That means, the position of your eyes can connect to deep parts of your brain where memories, emotions, and traumas are stored.
👀 How Does It Work?
When something painful happens to us—like a traumatic event—it can get "stuck" in the brain and body. We might not even realize it, but it can show up later as anxiety, depression, physical tension, or feeling overwhelmed.
During a Brainspotting session, the therapist will:
Ask you to focus on a troubling feeling or thought.
Guide your eye movements to find a "brainspot"—a specific eye position that seems to bring up more emotion or body sensation related to the issue.
Let you focus on that spot while you stay aware of what you're feeling in your body and mind.
The therapist supports you as your brain starts processing and releasing the stuck emotion or trauma.
✨ Why It Helps
Brainspotting works with your body and nervous system, not just your thoughts.
It accesses deeper parts of the brain that aren't easily reached by talk therapy.
It helps the brain "digest" old emotional wounds so they stop affecting you as much in the present.
🌱 In Everyday Terms
Imagine your brain is like a cluttered attic. Sometimes painful memories or emotions get shoved into a dusty corner. Brainspotting helps you shine a flashlight on that corner—not to relive the pain, but to clear it out so you feel lighter, calmer, and more in control.

Brainspotting Therapy: How It Works for PTSD and Trauma Processing
Brainspotting is a type of psychotherapy typically used for people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It involves finding a fixed-eye position that supports you in processing trauma or pain.
‘Brainspotting’ Was Life-Changing for Me. Here’s What to Know About the New-ish Therapy Technique
It’s gaining buzz for its ability to help people process painful emotional experiences without needing to retell them in detail.
Sometimes we understand why we feel the way we do, but insight alone doesn't seem to change it. We may continue to feel anxious, emotionally triggered, overwhelmed, or simply stuck in patterns we can't seem to move beyond.
Brainspotting offers another way in. By working with the connection between the brain and body, Brainspotting can help us access and process experiences that may be difficult to reach through talking alone. I use it gently and collaboratively, always following your pace and what feels right for you.
