Therapy for your

Heart, Mind, and Soul

Whole Person Healing

At the Center for Dynamic Healing, we know that real healing goes beyond just treating symptoms—it’s about supporting the whole person: your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or a life transition, you're not alone. We meet you where you are, with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Our approach is deeply personal. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, we take time to understand you—your story, your strengths, and your goals. From individual therapy to family counseling, parent coaching, and group support, everything we offer is designed to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered in your healing.

We focus on more than coping—we help you heal at the root. Through trauma-informed, holistic practices, we work with you to build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with your inner sense of strength and purpose. Our goal is to help you feel grounded, more like yourself again, and capable of facing life with clarity and confidence.

You don’t have to do it all alone. Healing is possible—and it begins with one step.

...A Revolutionary Therapeutic Approach

🧠 What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a type of therapy that helps people heal from emotional pain, trauma, and stress. It’s based on the idea that "where you look affects how you feel." That means, the position of your eyes can connect to deep parts of your brain where memories, emotions, and traumas are stored.

đź‘€ How Does It Work?

When something painful happens to us—like a traumatic event—it can get "stuck" in the brain and body. We might not even realize it, but it can show up later as anxiety, depression, physical tension, or feeling overwhelmed.

During a Brainspotting session, the therapist will:

  1. Ask you to focus on a troubling feeling or thought.

  2. Guide your eye movements to find a "brainspot"—a specific eye position that seems to bring up more emotion or body sensation related to the issue.

  3. Let you focus on that spot while you stay aware of what you're feeling in your body and mind.

  4. The therapist supports you as your brain starts processing and releasing the stuck emotion or trauma.

🌱 Why It Helps

  • Brainspotting works with your body and nervous system, not just your thoughts.

  • It accesses deeper parts of the brain that aren't easily reached by talk therapy.

  • It helps the brain "digest" old emotional wounds so they stop affecting you as much in the present.

✨ In Everyday Terms

Imagine your brain is like a cluttered attic. Sometimes painful memories or emotions get shoved into a dusty corner. Brainspotting helps you shine a flashlight on that corner—not to relive the pain, but to clear it out so you feel lighter, calmer, and more in control.
